Assonant chose the Elect street light: “Cost-effective solution”

Last year, DEFA launched a new generation of Elect outdoor lighting, which is slimmer and lighter than many of its competitors. DEFA’s long-time partner, the electrical installation company Assonant Oy, has installed Elect lights in several housing company projects and praises the features of the lighting.

DEFA’s new generation of Elect outdoor lighting also has a much smaller environmental footprint, and by switching to Elect lights, energy consumption can be halved using smart lighting control solutions.

DEFA’s long-time partner in FInland, the electrical installation company Assonant Oy, had previously installed Elite lights in several housing company projects. When DEFA launched the new and improved street light, Assonant was immediately ready to try the new light in their projects.

“We’ve been working with DEFA for years. We used Elite in several projects, so switching to the new Elect was easy. The light is clearly more cost-effective than its predecessor,” says Petri Lahtinen, CEO of Assonant Oy

“The Elect light is just as easy to install as its predecessor, Elite. Special thanks for the pole fixation, which is slimmer and more stylish than the one in Elite. Due to the long cable, Elect is convenient to install on poles of various sizes,” says one of Assonant Oy’s installers.
