Keep your DEFA Power App up to date

Staying current with the latest version of the DEFA Power App is simple!

Please note that there might be deviations in the settings depending on version of operating system on your mobile.

Automatic updates:

The easiest way is to ensure you have enabled automatic updates of your apps on your mobile.

Automatic app updates on your iPhone:

1. Go to your Device settings.
2. Select App Store settings.
3. Enable App updates.
4. To reduce cost of mobile data, you can disable Automatic downloads under Mobile data on the same view

Automatic app updates on your Android:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Settings Network Preferences. Auto-update apps.
4. Select an option: Over any network to update apps using either Wi-Fi or mobile data. Over Wi-Fi to update apps only when connected to Wi-Fi.

Update manually:

As an option, you can turn off automatic updates and update apps manually. Remember that with this option, you frequently need to check and update your app manually.

Update your iPhone app manually:

1. Open the App Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to update only that app or tap Update All.

Update your Android app manually:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Manage apps & device and then “Updates available”.  Tap Update.

And that’s it! You’re now equipped with the newest features and improvements of the DEFA Power App.
