Engine Heater SafeStart 500 series
Heaters in the 500 series are manufactured with special flanges designed for engines with caps instead of frost plugs between the engine and the coolant tank.
Description
Heaters with special flanges or special fasteners are identified with the DEFA number series 501-2599. Engine pre-heaters are supplied separately because of specific necessary adaptations to each individual engine and vehicle type.
