Protect 2.0

Protect 2.0 is a vandal-resistant fitting with flicker-free light and flexible control solutions provided by a DC driver. It can be used for both outdoor and indoor applications.

Protect 2.0 has a slim design with the lowest build-height on the market. Small boxes make it easier to transport more fittings at one time. Painted versions are protected against C5 class corrosion for 15 years. The fittings are completely maintenance-free.

A unique LED module design ensures that the light surface is completely uniform, with no shadows or hotspots. The glossy diffuser prevents dirt from collecting on the surface and makes the fitting easier to clean.

Construction

High-pressure die-cast aluminum. Powder painted versions have corrosion class C5. The diffuser is made from UV- and vandal-resistant polycarbonate. The front ring is fixed with 4 Torx screws in stainless steel which have been given a Delta seal treatment. IP65, IK10, class II.

Radar sensor

The sensitivity of the microwave motion sensor can be adjusted via DIP-switch. The hold time (duration of time the light is on after the last detection) can also be adjusted between 5 sec and 25 min. Radar versions can be used as Masters for other fittings. Master-Master or Master-Slave-Master configurations can also be used.

Twilight sensor (Photo cell)

The sensor has a twilight function (2 – 30 lux). The desired lux level can be set via DIP-switch to match the environment. When used, the light stays off as long as the ambient natural light is above the set threshold. The light turns on when the amount of ambient light dips below the set threshold.

LightAdjust

Fittings marked with “LightAdjust” are equipped with a setting which makes it possible to set the preferred light level in 8 steps. By delivery the fittings are set on the highest level.
