What you will do

  • Initiate and participate in discussions on various social media platforms (own & others), responding to comments and messages promptly to maintain a dynamic and interactive brand presence.
  • Create content and campaigns that promote customer loyalty and engagement.
  • Develop, build and engage online brand communities.
  • Monitor and analyze community trends and feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education within Marketing, PR or similar is an advantage
  • Love social media and communication
  • Motivated by creating an impact through marketing
  • Tech savvy with ability to adapt messaging to all audiences
